Shawn Lowe is the owner of Fargo Tattoo, a private appointment-focused studio inside Standout Salon in Fargo, North Dakota. He has been tattooing professionally for about eight years and has worked in the Fargo–Moorhead community for nearly four years.
His work centers on black and grey, portraits, memorial pieces, cover-ups and reworks, lettering and script, fine-line tattoos, and custom design. The approach is client-first: honest guidance, tattoos planned to stay readable, and no false promises.
