The standard rate is $100/hour. New customers who book 4–7 hours get $100 off the total (so a 4-hour session is $300); booking 8+ hours takes $200 off (an 8-hour day is $600). See the Promotions page for the full breakdown.

A flat $50 holds your appointment — whether you're booking one hour or a full day. It's not an extra charge; it comes straight off the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable, but that only matters if you no-call no-show. Need to reschedule? Reach out any time before your appointment — even the day before — and it's no problem at all. The sooner you can, the better, since it opens the slot for someone else waiting.

Minor touch-ups are typically covered free when they're scheduled within 30 days of your original appointment — you have the full 30 days to get it on the books, not to get it done. Touch-ups are at artist discretion. Worth knowing: hands and feet are naturally high-fade areas, so free touch-ups there are less common, and a tattoo that's had a rough time in aftercare may not qualify. A full redo of a piece isn't a touch-up — that level of rework usually traces back to healing, and it's handled as its own conversation.

North Dakota law requires a parent or legal guardian to be present and provide written consent before tattooing a person under 18. Fargo Tattoo tattoos clients 16–17 only. The parent or legal guardian must stay for the entire appointment. Bring government-issued photo ID for the client and parent or guardian, plus guardianship documentation when needed. Minor designs and placements must be appropriate; Fargo Tattoo does not tattoo the hands, neck, face, or sexually explicit, hateful, gang-related, or otherwise inappropriate content on minors. Requests remain subject to artist discretion. See N.D.C.C. § 12.1-31-13.
